Ord joined. Ord Hi Everyone. DB gm ord Ord Hi gary DB there a Peter hi Tim, welcome back Zack Spot silver +22 up from intraday low DB heating oil spread that turned today Zack Hola Mr. Ord DB should be helpful to energies Peter the yen spreads, aussie, nas support all syncronized at the turn this morning crapgame man i wish corn would pop about 10-15 cents...i'd love to get some calls sold DB buy march sell july heating oil DB urupted Ord I sent over three charts looking at the ETF of XLF (Financials) Ord The first chart shows the bigger picture dating back to the November low. Ord It appears a Selling Climax occurred on 11/21 Ord The market rallied then came back at tested the Selling climax low on 1/20 on lighter volume jon left. Ord The lighter volume test showed force to the downside had demishied noob joined. Gary_F tim can u bold yoru type please Ord Notice that at the Novemeber and January low the RSI reached 30 and in exxtreme oversold area and helped to "prove the point' that a bottom was forming. Ord Sure can. Ord how is that jim better Peter better thanks Ord also the Stochastic was below 20 both at the November and January lows. Ord Lets move on to second chart for XLF Ord At the January 20 low, XLF closed below the Selling Climax low of 11/21 and therefore not bullish signal was triggered. Gary_F ty Ord The bullish trigger came on a close above the 11/21 low which came on 1/21. Ord also ntice that the 1/21 rally tested the gap level that form on 1/20 on higher volume. Ord A higher volume test of a gap implies at somepoint the gap will be exceeded. Ord And keeps the picture bullish Ord From the high volume gap test of 1/21 the market moved sideways for several days and then on 1/28 XLF jumped the Creek with an SOS. Ord For a suscessful jumpe above the previous highs the volume needs to be at least equal or higher then th days it jumped. skylar joined. Ord This was the case on 1/28 and implies a valid jump. Ord After a market jumpes the previous highs with an SOS, it can pull back to the previous highs. Ord This is what going on now. Ord As long as volume does not increase on the pull back then the Creek should hold as support. Yesterday's volume came in about 1/2 compared to the jump day and is a bullish sign. Ord So far today's volume appears light also. Ord Support comes in near 9.25 range Ord Therefore a selling climax occurred on 11/21 Ord A re-test of the Selling climax came on 1/20 on ligher volume Ord A gap test came on 1/21 on higher volume and implied gap will be exceeded Ord A Jumped the Creek came on 1/28 with an SOS Ord and now a pull back to support near 9.25 on lighter volume. Ord Stochastic has turned up Ord And RSI reached 30 at the 11/21 and 1/20 lows Ord on the third chart Ord if a market can't hold the previoius lows then it will attempt to take on the previous highs. Ord The previous highs come near 13 and is our upside target. Might take a look a "C" has a better win ratio then XLF. Peter there is another ETF - UYG - have you compared it to XLF? I haven't had a chance myself yet Ord Can I answer any quections? DB sure can Ord I just looked at it and it appears about the same.
